We route each institution to whichever network reaches it best, rather than accepting one provider's coverage map as your reality. Coverage spans the US, UK, Europe, the Gulf, South Africa, Asia and Australasia.
Every connection is read-only at the architectural level. Nothing in this system can move money, place a trade or instruct anyone.
Where a private bank offers no connection, direct portal sync reads the position from their interface and keeps it current. Where nothing is possible, structured entry that still revalues against market data rather than sitting frozen.

Structure
Your ownership as it actually is.
Entities nested inside entities. Trusts, foundations, holdcos, partnerships, SPVs, operating businesses. Each is first-class: its own base currency, its own permissions, its own reporting line, viewable alone or consolidated upward.
Partial ownership is tagged at the asset level, so a forty percent interest contributes forty percent. Cross-holdings resolve rather than double-count.

IRR on private positions with the full call and distribution history behind it. FX effect isolated from performance. - Hold
- An encrypted vault, with documents stored against the asset they belong to rather than in a folder tree. Deeds, certificates, LPAs, side letters, policies, wills, valuations, memos. Beneficiary access that opens on conditions you set, if and when you choose.
